The GPSR Regulation applies to every non-food product without exception. It affects all manufacturers, sellers and importers who sell in the EU. From 13 December 2024, manufacturer must comply with the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988 if you sell non-food products in the EU and Northern Ireland.
